If the floor in your new shed is tongue and groove boards timber (T&G) place a piece of 3/4 inch ply under where the life will live, the casters on the lift may disappearĀ through the 8mm thick T&G boards and end up with your bike laying on its side after falling 2 or 3 foot from the lift.
