Quick question, where can I find similar bolt like the one in the picture?

So one of the bolts holding the plastic stuff around the dashboard has the thread ruined and I have to replace it, but so far I have failed to find something similar. Can anyone tell me what to google for exactly? Or point me to a shop that might have it?
