Fitted it today - but the bolts holding the valve in are completely seized and the heads are falling to bits with rust. 
Luckily, my grease monkey friend has agreed to do it for me in the summer. Mind you, it does seem to be okay now, moves freely and the bike seems to be working well, so I'm happy enough to wait until then.
