Engine surface temperature
#7
I have one of those infra red thermometers and will be out on the bike tomorrow so if i remember I will take it with me and check when I stop. Never thought of it before but it will be interesting to find out. Don't fancy doing it while ridingĀ  :eek .
I have a water temperature gauge on the FZS600 and it usually hovers around 80 to 85 deg C. Soon after stopping it sometimes gets to about 90 with heat soak into the water without air flow or circulation.
