Stainless Downpipes

Pretty sure the later 02/03ish had stainless headers but the welds aren't so they still get holes in the collectors and joins...

After doing my post above I re-read Chris's post and he could very well be right as it was just the collector area that rusted on mine.
Knowing that is a bit of a piss off though, cos, I could have just got them plated up and welded with Migatronic.
Looking at Sharpie's pipe after a re-paint they look really good, would have saved me 220 quid.  :'(
