A Givi box on a Givi rack wont rattle around unless (like most) you have lost the little rubber bits from on top of the rack. Then they rattle like buggery 
Ear plugs in and you will never notice it though and will be thankful that you have somewhere to store your crash helmet whilst you do things and have somewhere other than inside your jacket to put that cold bottle of milk that the Mrs asked you to pick up while you're out.
