That looks like a Rentec sports rack underneath the Givi Wingrack.

Personally, I would avoid using the sports rack as they are cheap and nasty and are not designed to take a box. Stick with the Givi. If you don't want the full wingrack then remove that and get the standard Givi arms instead.
