Restrictor info needed

So I'm on an A2 licence at the moment and would be very great full if any of you good folk could tell me what deal is with proof of restriction? Do I need a certificate? Can I legally fit it myself and write up a very myself etc..
I have no problem fitting myself just need info about legality and certificate side of things cheers all! |
