Hi all, I bought the oxford touring grips in the end, as I said earlier, I like the idea of wiring them directly to the battery rather than splicing into a switched live. I'm hoping they'll be warm enough for me, I don't ride in the depths of winter anymore, been there, done that, don't like it. Also bought a pair of 'Forcefield limb tubes' knee armour to wear under my Hood Kevlar jeans, I was using Knox flexlite before but they kept slipping down my bamboo cane legs when I was walking. Just waiting for the bike now. Anyone fitted stainless engine bolts by the way? There's a 48 piece kit from Stig fasteners on Ebay for £13.80 I'm thinking of buying, it even has a diagram to show where to stick 'em in. What do you think?
