Thanks for that. Some interesting info on there, not quite sure I unsterstand it all haha but it says that my rpms are 13.33 higher than standard in any given gear so does that mean my mpg is 13% worse?

not necessarily - but from my own experience it will be a little less if more revs needed for a given speed (equally gearing up results in slightly better economy for cruising at speeds near peak torque).
