Its a complete FOCing con - all of those Lov hols, trav repub, book.com, telextex they all work the same saying the rooms are full but you can not cancel the whole lot because the flights are all still there so you are forced to go to another hotel you did not want or pay the extra.
Best bet is to pay the extra and go with the proper JET2 and so on - or book the flights and hotel separately yourself
