I saw a BBC morning program not long  ago Rip off Britain holidays and someone said exactly the same about flights how they'd look it up then go back 5 mins later and it would have gone up?
Travel expert crappie said that's as they only have a certain amount at cheaper prices and when those have gone the prices creep up and it's basically ya snooze , ya loose !!
Go to agree with Lew on this one though about the bullet proof vest, it doesn't seem Turkey the safest place at the mo but then isn't it on the border of Syria ??

It does border Syria and Iraq but the holiday resorts are more on the West and South West coast. I would certainly avoid Istanbul though.
