You've literally just got to wait until a good one comes along, which could be ages. You should be looking more for bikes that are breaking, but if the bikes been in an accident it'll probably be bent as well so you need to check on that.
Problem with these brackets (fairing stay) is that if the fairing gets a nudge they do bend out of shape quite easily, they're quite a soft metal.
My one was slightly out of shape when i bought my bike but with a bit of perseverance and brute force i bent it back into a reasonably true condition.
New ones are nearly £200.
