They're the pictures from the scottoiler website instructions , I think it says somewhere about turning the axle around to fit correctly.
Having had a problem with mine fitted wrong by previous owner and without correct bits and seen a few posts from others saying similar, imho scottoiler are not helping by their system of having to order correct parts for certain models, even if they are free
