Scottoiler wrong vacuum adapter gen 1

In my experience (and I've fitted Scottoilers to 3 bikes), the standard kit comes with loads of various parts, and they also do some model specific kits for bikes that have particular requirements. If when you buy the kit, and you tell them what bike you have, they will work out the extra parts you need (if any) and send them to you for free. Not always the manufacturer's fault 

I sort of get that but how frustrating must it be to buy your nice scottoiler , whip it out the box get your bike ready to fit it all only to find out you can't cos you need a vacuum damper that fits your bike and an offset chain adjuster adapter that you've got to order and wait for 3-4 days to be delivered, you might be pissed off and like the previous owner of mine just go fuck it and fit it anyhow  :\
