After doing a few other bits and bats, we thought aw we'll just open it up and have a look for anything obvious like a wire off.
The fix was very simple it was just poor contact on the switch, sorted by cleaning and spraying with contact spray,
- but - the screws are made of cottage cheese and chewed up one of the heads :eek -so drilling out and opening up ended up taking about an hour and a half, all these now replaced with stainless!
