Would the sub frame for the fairing fit an `N`? The fastening points might not be on the main frame? You would be going from one headlight to two, loom will be different and you might have to butcher it a bit as it would not have same connector.
The rad shrouds from an `N` are different from the `S` , the fairing will foul on them.
Also seat cowling is different for some reason.
Just buy an `S` instead
