Well I have never ridden the 1K but I love the retro look of the Gen1 am seriously thinking about it, seizing up Exups and all.
But with saying that I would never get rid of my FZS 600 even with the quirks on the handling front.
(I'm in the process of sorting that)
But the 600 is great on the back lanes and roads[/size], not too heavy and accelerates nicely between bends, power is not too harsh and the blue spot front brakes are brilliant on the lighter 600, OK back brake leaves a bit to be desired, but, I understand that the blue spot 1K back brake caliper fits, maybe when I have finished my suspension project.
Everyone seems to think that going down the Renthal bars route is also worth while by adding a bit off leverage, is this fact or fiction I ask, do all the cables and switches and lever and throttle twist grip still fit.[size=2px]
