Even looking at the Haynes I can't fathom which is live :rolleyes but if it helps the following is true;
- Grey wire from Ignition Control Unit goes to coil (Cyl 2&3)
- Orange wire from ICU goes to coil (Cyl 1&4)
- Red/Black leads from coil (both) goes to kill switch and relays
