There's a 'wheelie school' in North and NorthEast London if you put that into google. I've never been though but have mates that have been to the one at Finmere, Buckinghamshire.
It's apparently a good day out and you can knacker the clutch and head bearings on someone else's bike.
Else I would be looking for empty supermarket and industrial estate car parks if you want to knacker your own.
