I have seen people using all sorts of different master cylinders with blue spots, GSXR, R6, R1, ZX10 etc and they all seem good really.  Yamaha ones are a good choice as the lever will match your clutch lever - unless your using 'tarts handbag' pazzos or some such then that won't really matter
