Update:
Took it to local Spar (Collect+) Sunday - received an email from EastEnd Radiators this morning, saying they had received it and would be in touch.
Received another email this afternoon with invoice - repair complete!
A bit mystified by the 'fan rubbed through' - but I will have another look when it gets back and probably see what they are on about. Main thing: Fixed in short order and very reasonable price, to boot.
Complete cost: £64.20
