Christian, the guy who makes these, will be able to tell you how to do that. 
I imagine you would need to compare speedo with a GPS-derived speed to find the initial variation, which will almost certainly be speedo over-reading, then enter a speedo adjustment factor to bring the two closer together. Might need a bit of trial and error.
