Clutch Pressure plate

Ok so need some more advice please, took the bike for my normal 60mile commute which involves a bit a city riding, back lanes and some motorway to finish off, at the start the clutch was sweet but by the end when I pulled off the motorway I noticed that with the clutch lever pulled in the was a slight drag.

The same happened again on the way home I have stripped all the plates out and everything seams ok so now at a complete lose.

Could it be cause of the new plates and springs and will settle down or is it something else I am missing?
