Try :
1) remove rear caliper and secure it above the master cylinder. Helps the bubbles rise to the top where you are bleeding.
2) reverse bleed. Get syringe full of clean brake fluid and push it through from the caliper end (both bleed nipples).
Also as unfazed said, push the pistons back into the caliper first (and wedge them) so there is less room for bubbles to hide!
