Have you got a hugger? I had a fazer 1000 with new tyres and i could hear a noise, but looked at tyres and couldn't see anything, but when i removed the hugger there were wear marks, so i lined the hugger wear marks with the tyre and there was a barely visible mark on the tyre. Once i changed the tyre to a flatter profile the noise went away. Worth a look
If it's broken, it's not fixed.
