Tried to swap 2003 clocks for my 1998 ones, didn't happen as the wiring is different. Yes, I have the wiring harnesses for both and thought it was a straight swap but the connections in the black box under the tank is different, so I'll need to rethink 
Also fitted a digigear (thanks Anutz) but again didn't work due to programming but I'll try to do that tomorrow on way to work as apposed to on the centre stand
I will however need to rewire it again when I manage to work out how to swap the clocks!
