I have tried to remove them.. and not being a religious man did swear a lot!  Big Grin

However, I use an impact driver on most cap heads on my bike and they all moved except one, which just got the heat treatment and started moving ok... although the heat treatment was stupidly close to my speedo sensor, which I hope is still ok. So all good fingers crossed!
