Crash bars / engine guards
#14
(21-04-16, 10:05 AM)joebloggs link Wrote: I had an argument with a salesman at one of the local steelers that many of the crash bungs etc the sell these days look designed to do more harm than good. There was this 600 race rep with bungs that were fitted on bolts fixed to the radiator brackets, in the event of an off you'd loose your rad straight away, sales man said they were just for looks??????????

There was a crowd of us standing there gob smacked, salesman didn't hang around for our replies lol
I agree with the crash bungs issue, if you search here for crash bungs you will find a few discussions about them
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.
