You do get an extension sleeve for the spanner that fits the rear wheel spindle nut but I doubt that you'd be able to turn the nut with it.

I use the toolkit ones now and again, and can undo it just fine. I think a lot of people, and certainly garages, over tighten the things. Been doing wheel spindle nuts by hand without using a torque wrench for years, no problems.
