Rode the Striple up to the Hartside cafe. Much better suited to these roads than the big Fazer, just feels like everything's a bit more in hand. Great road up there, but Sunday is obviously not a good day for it, as there were loads of chavved-up cars tearing up and down, barely keeping to their own side of the road. So my cunning plan is to do it again tomorrow, when it's supposed to be sunnier too 


Can't wait to get the Fazer back on the road though, cos I want to start doing longer runs into Jock land....bit more comfy than the Triumph, and easier to strap some luggage on if I want to B&B it.


And before that, for all you gardening fans, carried on with repainting shed no.2  :lol
