Good idea. Although how exactly you suggest the mods can enforce that? Flogging the offenders 

And anyway if somebody does not put a price the item may not sell. My educated guess is most likely it will not sell. Unless keen buyer uses PM magic  :lol

If someone else is interested they may ask for the price as well.
