Wot Mike said. I had 658s on my gen 1 for a while cos I thought it would help get closer to the sport position I was used to. But they're too narrow and you need ape arms! 758s are about an inch wider each side than stock, much more comfortable and a lot stronger (and better looking). Most people fit 758s. If you're talking about the ones with an even higher rise (can't remember the number) have a good look because they might look odd and will be quite high. You may also need longer cables and brake lines if you go for anything taller or longer than 758s.
