758 is the code for the ultra lows, which are actually the same width and rise as stock Fazer bars. The main difference - apart from being stronger - is the pullback angle of the Renthals is less than the OE items.
The flat, straight bars are 658 if memory serves me right. Not quite as comfortable with stock footrests as the 758s unless you have long arms.
