I love the smell of angle grinder in the morning
Well seems that ebay ratchet straps are pants, well for pulling frame rails together, but m12 threaded bar took no prisoners.
One side slightly higher than the other, although tbh once I'd cut out the centre bracing it was already slightly twisted so probably came out the factory like that. I think it could easily be held square while new bracing welded in. Anyway, frame now 90mm narrower than standard and new tailpiece should fit over no problem.
Now need mate to pop over with his welder so I can cut off the rear of the frame and start fitting the tail.
