I have thought about getting a job as one of those attendants at a local out of town shopping center and going around and letting everyone off. I wonder how long I would be in my job after no "fines" were coming from my shift.
As well as parking out of a bay there is one near me that even have sighns saying you cannot park on the piss IN one
