The bush on the non actuator end isn't secured by anything and isn't threaded, at least mine wasn't as I managed to dislodge it on the previous to last service which was a first, had to take the can and link pipe off and fish it out of the valve housing. It stayed in place for the service I just gave it, I think it's probably just carbon build up that holds it in place when you withdraw the valve. So if I got mine out accidentally you should be able to get yours out intentionally without much hassle.
