Today I had an exhaust stud snap on me on the way home, right flush with the cylinder head.
When I fitted the stainless headers a couple of years ago I did notice it was very slightly bent, but thought I'd sorted it with a bit of heat and straightening. It was only a matter of time I suppose, but the engine's gonna have to come out now.
