Wee update.....
Cleaned and sorted the wiring loom,
Split and cleaned the carburettor (temp job as need a new one me thinks)
Checked spark plug
Checked all other engine parts
Put some fuel in the tank
Used my bike battery to give it a try bit it won't fire up
Don't know if easy start will help and also need to get a new carburettor as I think old petrol has goosed the jets etc
But apart from that, my boy is learning loads and enjoying working on the bike :thumbup
So once I order the parts that's needed hopefully it'll fire up.
Anyone any idea what size of carburettor I should get? I think it's a 22mm that's on it but been told I can get a 24mm for extra ooomph but can only seem to get them from USA or either a 26mm from UK, as far as I know I can only fit a MIKUNA one on it but I'm not sure.
