For no more than a little cleaning (I suggest steam!), polishing, and a new rear tyre soon, you can have a great FZS600 to get yourself started in the fazer world!
You are wanting top dollar but can't even be bothered to clean & polish it. Wow!
Clean & polish it. Change that hideous car silencer for an as you say a " cheap as chips" oem. Replace that rear tyre with one with a decent amount of life left in it & you may attract a buyer. As it is you have little hope as there are plenty of well looked after examples at & around that price.

Once it stops raining, I'll be getting back out there and keep working on it. It's barely stopped for the last week, and I did things I considered a higher priority (the downpipe painting and service). I'm also recovering from torn ligaments in my shoulder, so I can't ride it anywhere to get it steam cleaned, or have a tyre changed.
I did state I was open to offers though.
