600 Fazer for my Father in Law, opinions please.

My Father in Law has caught bike fever again (its lucky I didn't give all his gear away like he told me to). He has sat on a Fazer 600 available from a local small dealer close to him in Northwich and he really liked it. The bike in question is a 2003 foxeye and has done 65,000 miles but has got an almost complete service history. He says its very clean with wavy discs and only a couple of small scratches. So the question is, what do you think of it? Is it worth it at £1195?

Im going to put a wanted ad in the For Sale/Wanted section on here anyway, just to see whats about, but he will want a looked after near standard box/foxeye with about 30 - 40 K miles for around £1200, yes, I know, he doesn't want much does he!!
