Doubt you'll find a 4 for that sort of money, hold their value quite well, maybe look for something like a Diversion (check out Diversion cafe racers if your concerned about their looks) or pre Diversion XJ600. Kawasaki GPZ/GPX600,Bullet proof motors, forget the GPZ500, piece of junk.

No kawasaki's in his price range today but they do often come up around that price, even the ZZR600
