I am not religious. But religion is tightly tied with tradition for many people. It is a part of identity and provides lots of inner strength for some people. I don't want people rubbing their religion on my nose, but also would never give them trouble, as long as it doesn't interfere with non-believers. It is his head after all.


Where I live, with all "joining the EU" laws and bullshit, now there's pressure of making helmets obligatory for cycling, next thing will be helmets for walking the street - just in case, it IS safer. Making idiots out of people, like we're children.
