The OP was asking about pod filters that fit directly to the back of the carbs. These require the airbox to be removed completely and a host of carb changes to boot. Not worth the hassle, IMHO.

If yours has been modded already, chances are very high that I did it and that you've got Ivan's Full Monty jet kit fitted.
However, if the lid is standard, chances are equally high that a previous owner simply fitted a K&N filter without doing any other mods to the carbs or intake stubs. If this is the case, leave the airbox lid alone because you'll gain no benefits but might cause the motor to run slightly lean..
