If it is a blocked pilot path, I have found that High quality Cellulose Thinners is great for clearing the lacquer left behind by evaporated petrol.
Word of warning though, do not let it come in contact with and paint, rubber, human flesh and eyes
Run it through the holes a few time and then blow them in revers to normal flow with compressed air.
