Rest assured that we will be here to perk you up and take the piss whenever you need it (which can be of course part of one of the symptoms) 
Seriously though a couple of years ago I got myself tested (blood test) at age 47 I didn't have any symptoms but it was because my Dad had this but was of a generation (WW2 veteran age ) that knew nothing about it or its symptems until it was too late for him--- we are talking about at least couple of years with the symptoms getting progressively worse until he was forced to get help. And as with lots of his generation wasnt big on going to the doctors either
It reminds me that it might just me time for me to book in for another test.
