Anyone fitted stainless studs to rear wheel adjusters?

Anyone know if they can be changed on the FZS600

Item 17 clearly shows its attached so you might not be able to remove it without foccin it up :b

Edit....
Could you not take out the units, give them a  clean and paint them with hamnerite or similar? They'll come up a treat I think then just put on shiney new nuts?
