I'd be inclined to ring around for price's, if they're set up to build alloy rads the only difference between your and everything else they manufacture would be the top and bottom tanks and take offs.

We made coolers from about 1 to 3 meters (for skyscraper aircons) and the cores were all identical

Just saying.......
