really? a non-biking friend of mine once enquired as to why so many bikes have been rear ended - he was in fact referring to the trend towards cutting down / doing away with rear mudguards. now when i see so called 'tail tidies' i can't help but think that the bike does indeed look as though it's been hit from behind. i've yet to see a rear end 'tidied' that i think looks better than factory. but if you want to cut down your bike's ability to protect itself and riders from thrown water and road muck then that's your prerogative.
is it clean enough?
