Yep spoke to the manager of the company who owns the vans and they have been very cooperative and have informed their insurance as I have mine so the insurance company's should sort it out thenselves and then send me the relevant forms for more details etc, il chase it if I haven't heard anything in a day or so, but thank you

Anyway handling claim yourself with faulty party insurance company is risky business and potential can of worms. Not to mention the insurance hyenas will try to screw you.

Does not matter is it comp or tpft. The important bit is called Legal cover with your insurance company. And if you trust its good a company not some cowboys that will send the claim god knows where. And you contact them and ask them to handle the claim.

Or you get a proper accident management solicitor to handle that for you.
